I think I may not be eating enough and my body has gone into starvation mode…I think I have managed around 900-1100 calories per day, but I feel stuffed if I eat more than that. I do around 30-45 minutes of exercise a day right now (walking and cardio only so far)

How do I get past this plateau? Eat more? Work out more? Help?!?
