>I am going to attempt to up my caloric intake while upping my exercise amount. I am eating around 900-1100 calories per day and am starting to see a stall in my weight loss, so i am upping my exercise to 3 x per week and upping my calories to 1200-1400 (just below the spark recommended level but right at what Alli.com suggest for my weight) to see if that helps jump start me again.
