Starting in February of 2011 I’ve been working towards monthly goals for myself:
February was getting to the gym at least 2x a week. I’ve done really well with that but didnt’ really keep track. I should probably call the gym and see if they can tell me how often I went. :0
March — Cutting back on my diet soda consumption. I drink a lot of it. I want to cut it down to one can a day for the first week of March, then one can every other day for the second week, then one every 3 days for the third and then finally one can a week for the 4th week and then hopefully on April first, I’ll be soda free.
